(other than Legos and drawing, of course).
In Max’s sports experience so far, soccer is okay, sometimes fun, and basketball was tough, and not that much fun.
He was deeply in love with baseball even before the first game; his eyes shone when he picked up his new uniform. And it only got better from there. Amazingly, with very little practice, he could hit quite well, getting at least a single almost every time he went to bat. He is a complete lefty in everything else, but he would hit right-handed. Catching still needs some work, of course. It was quite humorous to watch him get a home run, that was really just a grounder that none of the little boys could seem to get their hands on. 😉
Here’s some neat pics taken by a local sports photographer, who sells to the Little League parents.
Go Cardinals!!
