Rather than another round of Cervadil, Dr. Green started Toby on Pitosin.  This is an IV drug that will start contractions.  The drip is started at .5 ml/hour and every 1/2 hour, the dosage is increased until there is some effect.  Toby was just increased to 1.0 ml/hour.
