June 16, 2012, Lucy had her year end dance recital.  Poppa made the trip up to Carpinteria so he could be in attendance.  Here is Lucy in her costume with her teacher, ‘Miss Bonnie’.  Lucy was an excellent Jazz dancer in her number that was set to Rockin’ Robin.

The next day, YaYa and Jan and the kids came to Carp to celebrate Father’s Day.  We went to Killer B’s BBQ in Santa Barbara and were rewarded with a free beer for Father’s Day.  Free Beer?  You can tell that I was very surprised.

The kids enjoyed their hot fudge sundae.
